High Power MOS FET Relays, Suitable for Power Supply Circuits

Two New Models:

 

G3VM-21HR - 2.5 Amp Switching Load Current - highest in SOP Package

G3VM-21LR11 - 0.9 Amp Switching Load Current - highest in SSOP Package

 

These 2 new MOS FET Relays have been developed for higher current applications than our MOS FETS relays could previously support. They also have the lowest On Resistance values in the G3VM-H and G3VM-LR series respectively.

  • Low, 20mΩ ON Resistance
  • 20V Load Voltage
  • 1500 Vrms Dielectric Strength
  • 0.9 Amp Switching Load Current - highest in SSOP Package
  • Low, 180mΩ ON Resistance
  • 20V Load Voltage
  • 1500 Vrms Dielectric Strength
