SJ sockets, the correlating socket for RJ
relays, include many features for ease-of-use.
They can be DIN rail or panel mounted and
come with standard screw terminals or IEC finger-
safe terminals, where the coil and contact
terminals are on opposite sides of the socket.
Plus a locking lever makes it even easier to
secure or replace relays in SJ sockets, saving
time and money on installation. Now with a
host of changes, SJ sockets prove even the
best product can get even better!
New locking lever with a marking plate
Our new locking lever has a built-in marking
plate, that can be popped out for easy
labeling. To make markings easier to read,
the release lever is now light gray instead
of dark gray. For customers who do not use
the marking plate, the only change will be
replacement part number (SJ9Z-CM) and the
color of the release lever. The dimensions of
the locking lever have not been changed.
5 additional positions for marking plate
If the built-in marking plate isn't in a prime
location for your location, additional removable
marking plates (SJ9Z-PW) allow you to
choose from up to five alternate positions for
best placement!
White terminal numbers
Previous terminal numbers were black, making
them difficult to read. In response to
customer requests, new SJ sockets will feature
white ink for optimum clarity and easy
identification.
