The following functionality has been added to the upgraded WindO/I-NV2 version 2.60 software:

• Support of central European fonts
• An audible beep when an alarm is triggered
• An option to erase logging data in Trend Chart
• A standard keypad with automatic display coordinate adjustment
• Support for Mitsubishi FX-0S, FX-1S and FX-1N, and Siemens S7-400 PLCs

IDEC's WindO/I®-NV2 is IDEC's screen creation software for the HG1B, HG2F, HG3F and HG4F operator interfaces (touch screen displays). WindO/I-NV2 is used to create projects or programs that layout display screens for the O/Is. Using this Windows® based program, any of IDEC's operator interfaces can display information from a PLC, review projects, or can be used to input data with virtual switches or keypads to make changes to a process.

Using WindO/I-NV2 is easy and intuitive. Many of the processes are selfexplanatory and guide you step-tostep as you configure the O/I. The help menus are simple, straightforward, and a good resource for obtaining additional information. The demo version gives you the look and feel of programming using WindO/I-NV2. The only features you will not have on the demo are the ability to download or save programs and it will not come with the Symbol FactoryT library.
