IDEC is proud to introduce the latest additions to the HG family of operator interfaces, the biggest, brightest, and boldest touchscreens on the market.

The HG3F and HG4F are 256-color touchscreens with TFT LCD screens and replaceable backlights. With slimmer footprints, larger displays and incredibly versatile features, HG3F and HG4F touchscreens are the ones you'll want in your panels, today and tomorrow.

The HG3F has a 10.4" screen, with a display of 640 W x 320 H pixels and a panel depth of only 56mm. The slightly larger HG4F (shown below) has a 12.1" screen with a display of 800W x 600 H pixels and a panel depth of 58mm.

For external communications, the HG3F and HG4F are RS-232, RS-485 and RS- 422 compatible. There is also a built-in 10BaseT Ethernet port.

Each unit has 8 MB of built-in memory, standard, and also supports Compact Flash memory.

All of these features are supported by the updated programming software, WindO/I-NV2. The library of bitmap images has more than 4000 images in color and monochrome. WindO/I-NV2 also supports multiple screen handling and O/I Link of up to 15 O/Is.

Other features include alarm-logging and trending capabilities, pass through communications, and a built-in real time clock.

HG3F and HG4F touchscreens are c-UL and UL Listed, CE-marked, meeting UL 1604 for hazardous locations and NEMA 4, 4X, and 13 standards.
