IDEC Corporation introduces our latest line of photoelectric sensors, the SA1E series. These extremely small, simple sensors come in several different styles at a very affordable price.

SA1E sensors are available with four sensing methods; through-beam, polarized retroreflective, diffuse-reflected, and small-beam reflective types. The sensing ranges are between 10 meters (with the through-beam type) and 50-100mm (with the small-beam reflective type).

Each type of sensor has four possible styles, either cable or M8 connections, and Light ON or Dark ON operation models.

All SA1E sensors are CE marked, rated IP67 and are completely water resistant. Interference prevention allows close mounting of two switches (except for through-beam type). Accessories for the SA1E series include slits for the through-beam type, reflectors for the polarized retroreflective type, mounting brackets and connector cables.
