Control Relay
Crydom’s MCPC Series of Solid State Relays offers precise power control by an analog input controller for resistive loads with ratings from 25 to 90 Amps at 48-530 VAC. The use of an auxiliary power supply allows this proportional SSR to have a control range from 0 to 100%.
The phase angle controller varies the firing angle on the output SCRs proportionally to an analog control signal, effectively varying the power delivered to the output load.
A MCPC Series proportional controller is ideal for tungsten lamp dimming, resistive heating control, and universal motor control. Several control input options are available: low DC voltage, 4-20 mA, or with internal potentiometer controls.
