Carling Technologies, Inc. has acquired the full and complete assets of Moritz Corporation

Moritz Corporation was formed in 1994 and has become known for providing customers with "best in class" highly engineered products, encompassing panel entry and read-out modules, solid state control, protection and switching devices, and multifunction multiplexed control systems. Having provided such products with quality and innovation has led to high customer loyalty and growth, and Moritz Corporation has received recognition for its success. The business will go forward as Moritz Aerospace, Inc., and, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Carling Technologies, Inc., will continue providing innovative systems and controls to the aviation, marine, and transportation industries. The company will operate at its current location in Pennsylvania, with Claude Mercier, the founder and president, continuing in his leadership position.
