Carling Technologies, Inc. is proud to announce the formation of a new division: Carling Tool and Die. We are now pleased to offer our tool making expertise to other manufacturers in North America.
Over 80 years ago, Carling started as a Tool and Die company that created craft precision injection and compression molds that have facilitated the evolution of Carling into the component manufacturer that we are today. The core Carling Technologies business offers electromechanical switches, hydraulic magnetic circuit breakers, power distribution equipment, and digital & multiplexing systems.
The new Tool & Die division capitalizes on more than eight decades of experience in designing and building molds, dies, fixtures and gages. In addition to the expertise of our 100 Tool and Die designers and makers, Carling also has invested in state of the art equipment and tool design software, including programable and fully automatic wire EDM machines, CNC machines and many other higher technology manufacturing machines.
Our Tool and Die team is prepared to design and build simple dies and molds as well as complex two shot multi-cavity runnerless molds and multistep progressive dies in a way that can significantly lower cost of components.
Carling Tool and Die is now open for business and invites companies in North America to utilize our extensive capabilities.
