CIT Relay & Switch CS1110 Miniature Surface Mount, Low Profile Tactile Switch offered on Tape & Reel

Minneapolis, Minnesota – CIT Relay & Switch CL1110 Series is available in standard package quantity 1500 pieces on tape and reel. The CS1110 surface mount, miniature tactile switch measures 6.2mm square with an optional grounding tab, J lead or gull wing termination. This single pole, single throw low profile switch offers board to top of actuator lengths of 2.0mm, 2.3mm, 2.5mm and 3.1mm with a positive tactile feel

 

Specifications: Tested electrical life of the CS1110 Series is 100k cycles with electrical rating of 50mA @ 48VDC. The dielectric strength is 1000Vrms minimum with insulation resistance of >100M minimum. Actuation force is 160 ± 50gF with travel of 0.25mm ± 0.1mm. Operating and storage temperature is -40°C to 85°C.

 

Materials: The RoHS compliant CS1110 Series switch actuator and housing are high temp 4/6 Nylon. The cover is steel with contacts of silver-plated phosphor bronze and terminals of silver-plated brass.

 

The CS1110 Series switch applications include a variety of automotive, industrial electronics, cellular phones, appliance, computer peripherals, test & measurement equipment, consumer electronics, telecommunications, security, instrumentation, audio and medical.
