Minneapolis, Minnesota – CIT Relay & Switch CL1102 Series is a high quality, versatile RoHS tactile switch available in standard reel quantity dependent on actuator choices ranging from 400 to 1000 pieces on tape and reel. This single pole, single throw surface mount switch offers PC board to top of actuator height options from 4.3mm to 9.5mm. Additional actuator options include square heads of 2.8mm and 2.4mm for custom cap design or use with the numerous standard cap options available in a multitude of color choices. The CS1102 miniature tactile switch only measures 6.0mm x 6.0mm with a choice of gull wing or J lead smt termination.

Specifications: Tested electrical life of the CS1101 Series is 100k cycles with electrical rating of 50mA @ 48VDC. The dielectric strength is 1000Vrms minimum with insulation resistance of >1000M minimum. Actuation force options are 100 ± 50gF, 160 ± 50gF, 260 ± 50gF and 500 ± 50gF with travel of 0.25mm ± 0.1mm. Operating and storage temperature is -40°C to 85°C.

Materials: Actuator and housing is 4/6 Nylon. The cover is stainless steel with contacts of silver-plated phosphor bronze and terminals of silver-plated brass.
