These die-cast boxes meet NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12, 13, and IP65 ratings and can be mounted without needing to remove the cover and expose the internal components.

 

DESIGN FEATURES (ANS-Series)

• Rugged #ADC-12 die-cast aluminum alloy
• Thick wall (0.098 inch, 2.5 mm) construction provides strength and rigidity for heavy duty applications
• One-piece molded outer Silicone gasket provides reliable and long-lasting sealing to meet NEMA 4X and IP65 requirements
• Second wire-mesh with sponge rubber gasket provides excellent EMI/RFI protection
• Captive cover assembly screws (M4) are located outside the sealing area
• Recessed area on cover surface for decals
• Available in natural finish or in smooth black powder-coat finish
• Easily machined and modified to your particular requirements

• Thick wall (0.098 inch, 2.5 mm) construction provides strength and rigidity for heavy duty applications.
• One-piece molded outer Silicone gasket provides reliable and long-lasting sealing to meet NEMA 4X and IP67 requirements for outdoor and limited submerged applications up to one meter depth.
• Captive cover assembly screws (M4) are located outside the sealing area.
• Recessed area on cover surface for decals.
• Available in natural finish
• Easily machined and modified to your particular requirements
