Color images on the 5700 are spectacular and displayed on a 7 inch LCD screen controlled by user friendly software which provides the operator with extraordinary visual cues. The controller displays cooking temperature and time information, stores up to 100 recipes, portrays slide show images to demonstrate cooking, cleaning or maintenance instructions and much more. The adjustable capacitive tough through glass option allows operators to use the controller without removing their protective kitchen gloves.
The controller’s USB and Ethernet ports allow for the importing and exporting of recipes, maintenance and error history and other data. Artisan’s 5700 will be able to adapt to new opportunities for convenient and cost-saving applications never before possible with standard cooking controllers.
