Controls low-level analog signals with Low ON-resistance - 36m ohm (power type)
High speed operation - 0.04ms switching speed (RF C x R 20 type)
Low leakage current - 10pA (RF C x R 20 type)
High sensitivity, low operate current - 0.31mA (HS type)
A variety of circuit configurations - 1,2,4 circuit, b contact (normally closed)
