The NAIS brand low CxR type PhotoMOS relays from Aromat Corporation are designed to meet customer requirements by reducing signal degradation and improve the PhotoMOS speed and power consumption. These devices feature low output capacitance between output terminals and low on resistance. The low CxR PhotoMOS are available in SOP package and the World's smallest SSOP package.
