New Low CxR PhotoMOS
New Providence, NJ (March 7, 2003) - Aromat Corporation introduces the NAIS Brand low CxR type PhotoMOS relays, featuring low output capacitance between output terminals and low on resistance. These low CxR PhotuoMOS relays are available in SOP package and the World's smallest package, the SSOP. Low CxR reduces signal degradation and improves the PhotoMOS speed and power consumption. These low CxR PhotoMOS relays are available in CxR 5, CxR 10 and CxR 20.
