These miniature package Solid State Relays offer long operating life, high reliability, fast switching speed, high input/output isolation and compatibility with logic ICs.
The AQH features high dielectric strength of 5,000V, supports 0.6A and 0.9A on-state RMS current, compact DIP type package and is available in zero-cross and non zero-cross types. The Phototriac Coupler features high dielectric strength of 3,750V, miniature 4-pin SO package and is available in zero-cross and non zero-cross types. Applications include home appliances, industrial equipment, heater control for copiers and other office equipment products.
