New Low Capacitance PhotoMOS RF (C x R 20) for High Precision Measuring and Testing Equipment
Aromat introduces the newest addition to its line of space saving SOP type PhotoMOS relays, featuring low output capacitance between output terminals of 2.0pF and low ON resistance of 9.8 ohms. Measuring a super miniature 4.3mm (W) x 4.4mm (L) x 2.1mm (H), this 4-pin type offers high speed switching (turn on time of 0.04ms); and low-level off state leakage current of only 10pA, with the rated load voltage (40V). Load current is 120mA.
