New Power Relays for Home Appliances, Office Equipment and HVAC

New Providence, NJ - April, 2000: Aromat Corporation introduces two new NAIS* Brand power relays. The new LE relay switches 16A. Ideal for magnetron and heater loads for Microwave Ovens, refrigerators and OA equipment. The new LF relay switches 20A. Ideal for compressor and inverter loads for air conditioners and refrigerators, as well as OA equipment.

 

The LE features nominal switching capacity of 16 amp at 277VAC with excellent heat resistance (satisfies UL coil insulation class B), high insulation resistance - creepage distance/clearances between contact and coil: min. 8 mm, surge withstand voltage min. 10,000 V and low nominal operating power of 400mW. The 1 Form A LE relay is available in PCB and TMP type terminals and comes in coil voltages from 5 - 48VDC.

 

The 1 Form A LF relay switches compressor loads 20 amp at 250VAC and inverter loads of 20Amps at 100VAC and 10Amps at 200VAC. Features include high insulation resistance - creepage distance between contact and coil min. 9.5mm, clearances between contact and coil min. 8mm and surge withstand voltage min. 10,000V. The LF relay is available in PCB and TMP type terminals at coil voltages from 5 - 24VDC.
