New Providence, NJ (2/2000) - Aromat Corporation announces it's new NAIS brand* PhotoMOS RF C x R 10 type relay with a low ON-resistance of 9.5ohms. Output capacitance between terminals (1.0pF) is lower than ever before. High speed switching is rated at 30ms (on & off).
The PhotoMOS RF C x R 10 type comes in a super miniature 4-pin type SOP with dimensions: 4.3 (W) x 4.4 (L) x 2.1 (H) mm. Circuit arrangement is available in 1 Form A, AC/DC type. Typical applications for the PhotoMOS RF C x R 10 type relay are: test equipment, medical equipment, board testers and multi-point recorders where low-level analog or high frequency signals need to be controlled.
