New Low Capacitance PhotoMOS RF (C x R 20) For High Precision Measuring
New Providence NJ, 12/98: Aromat Corporation introduces the NAIS Brand RF (Radio Frequency) C x R 20 type PhotoMOS relays, featuring low output capacitance between output terminals of 2.0pF, and low ON resistance of 9.8 ohms.
A new addition to Aromat's line of space saving SOP type relays, this super miniature design 4-pin type measures 4.3mm (W) x 4.4mm (L) x 2.1mm (H). It offers high speed switching (turn on time of 0.04ms); and low-level off state leakage current of only 10pA, with the rated load voltage (40V). Load current is 120 mA.
Designated the AQY221N1S, typical applications are high precision measuring and testing equipment including: testing equipment for semiconductor performance; board testers; medical equipment; and multi-point recorders (warping, thermocouple).
