Feed through adapters M12 X-coded to RJ45 for electrical cabinets

Connecting two worlds – high performance cabling and future-proof device connection

 

The feed-through adapters M12X/RJ45 are the next logic elements made by METZ CONNECT for a future-proof and high performance 10 Gigabit Ethernet cabling and 10 Gigabit device connection in communication and cabling and automation and control equipment.

 

The product family Ethernet M12, consisting of D or X coded PC board jacks, field plug and pre-assembled cables, is now extended by two feed-through adapters for electrical cabinets: M12 X-coded to RJ45 in a linear and an angled version.

 

These components are suitable for data transmission up to 10 Gigabit according to category 6A. Furthermore they are a link leading an IP67 environment to an IP20 environment as it exists for example in electrical cabinets or control units. Due to their complete metal shielding the adapters can also be used without problem under conditions difficult for data transmission
