Features include automolding, automated trim-and-form, off-loading and 100% testing.
Automolding provides fully automated processing with exceptional control of all process parameters and eliminates package issues typically associated with traditional molding systems. The fully automated handling with integrated laser product marking supports gull, J, and axial leadforms to a maximum of 50% of the JEDEC allowable coplanarity specification tolerance.
The automated test system provides for 100% functional as well as 100% BV testing. The fully-automated tape & reel system incorporates true the coplanarity vision system as well as vision mark confirmation.
